Most players from Charlie would remember that most of pages within the game were available via a drop-down menu on the top of the page, much like FP: Empire Wars has currently. It not, then at least make the top-most menu static, so that only below that (including, or excluding) the chat window is re-loaded. Would greatly reduce server load and page load times, both when many actives or when only a few people online. Would work well with the Dynamic updating of View Planet
